I’m Davyd M, I’m from Colombia but I have being living in Uruguay, Mexico and Unite States of America. I’m a music producer that is looking to blend all this cultures and influences to create a unique sound in the genders of Electronic Music and Hip-Hop. 

 

As a music producer I want to be able to communicate my ideas and feelings through my songs and instruments. Today, music is made to sell and promote materialistic concepts and most of the artists do not understand that what they compose or create (lyrics or music) can get a deep meaning and can influence the listener. I think today we have a naive and banal library of music in the mainstream and I want to change that.  I want to be part of the independent artists that are making a difference in this industry. I consider that Jay Dilla is a good example of this. He produced for very important artists and he is considered a legend in hip-hop and R&B. Besides this, he maintained a low profile and was authentic in his productions. This is how I see the things as a music producer and as a person that is being part of the 21st century.
